Greta Saggers
– Managing Director

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the recruitment industry, I’ve worked across different levels of the construction sector, placing skilled tradespeople on busy building sites. In recent years I’ve also worked on the other side, in development, giving me invaluable insight into the challenges and expectations of employers. This dual perspective and appreciation of the needs of both employers and employees is at the heart of the Anglian Recruitment offer – it’s what makes us different!

Construction has always been a passion of mine. I love everything about it – the fast pace, the people, the process, and the pride that comes with delivering real results. Recruitment has allowed me to stay close to the industry I love while doing what I do best: building strong, meaningful relationships. To me, it’s never just about filling the job, it’s about truly understanding the needs of clients and candidates and creating long-term value for both.

I’ve worked in construction recruitment for over twenty years, specialising in trades and labour, mechanical & electrical (M&E), maintenance, public sector roles, and white-collar placements. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and candidates across the construction industry. I have helped to build teams, careers, and long-term partnerships. I’m passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles and I thrive on the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of recruitment.

I take great pride in delivering a service that’s both personal and professional, ensuring that each placement is the right fit for both candidate and employer.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to my son, who is currently studying finance at the University of East Anglia. My husband is a local firefighter, and as a family, we’re happiest when we’re outdoors with our labradoodle, exploring the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
